Thousands of wildebeest and zebra crossing the plain during the great migration in the Masai Mara

Packages

Our safari packages combine landmark destinations, expert planning and genuine experiences, shaped around the way you travel and the pace you are after.

They last the same and they are both in Kenya, but they are not the same trip. Here is the real difference.

Neither is a closed mould. They can be extended, reordered or combined with Tanzania or Uganda. If neither fits, we design one from scratch.

Four steps, with no endless forms and no pressure to close. Getting in touch commits you to nothing: the proposal is adjusted with you before you decide.

  1. 01

You tell us what you have in mind

Rough dates, how many are travelling and what you would like to see. That is enough to start: the exact itinerary comes later, not first.

  2. 02

    We talk before you decide

We set up calls before the trip to clear up doubts and decide with the full picture: accommodation category, pace of the route and what to expect from each park on those dates.

  3. 03

    You receive your proposal

The day-by-day itinerary, with the actual lodges and the price per person. Reviewed with you, with nothing buried in the fine print.

  4. 04

You adjust, book and travel with us behind you

We change whatever needs changing until it fits. Payment can be made in interest-free instalments, and we are with you before, during and after the trip.

Everything explained clearly

You go over every detail of your African safari with us, in plain language and with nothing buried in the fine print.

What is included, what can be changed and how a quote works. The questions we get from travellers already comparing itineraries.

What is included in an African safari package?

Each programme page lists what its package covers: guided game drives in the parks along the route, accommodation in the lodges or camps on the itinerary, road transfers and a guide. International flights, travel insurance and personal spending are set out with you in the quote, so you know exactly what is in and what is not.

Can the published itinerary be changed?

Yes. The itineraries you see are the tidy version of a route that works, not a fixed mould. You can extend the stay in one park, reorder the stages or add days. The limits are the real driving distances and the availability of the accommodation, not the programme.

What standard of accommodation do the programmes use?

Several stages of the itinerary read “as per the category selected” because the category is agreed with you before we quote. The same route can be run with simple camps or with high-end lodges, and that choice is what moves the final price most.

Can I combine more than one country in the same trip?

Yes. The packages published today travel through Kenya, but a tailor-made design can add Tanzania or Uganda to the same trip. It is worth weighing up calmly: every border crossing costs time, and going deeper into one country often beats collecting passport stamps.

How do you get a quote for a safari package?

Write to us with your provisional dates and the number of people travelling, either from the form on each programme page or by email. From there we prepare a proposal with named accommodation and per-person prices, in Spanish and with no small print.

Do safari packages include travel insurance?

Our African safari packages do not include insurance, but we advise you on arranging the travel cover best suited to your itinerary and the length of your trip.

An African safari is time, space and presence. We design trips meant to be taken slowly, with flexible routes and decisions made with you, not for you.
